For both adults and children, the modern Smilestones Miniature World shows some of the most well-known landmarks in Switzerland, such as the Alpstein region, the Bernese Oberland, the Rhine Falls and many more. The modelled landscape resembles a three-dimensional hidden object with cityscapes, forests, vineyards and castles and offers a variety of little scenes and fun details to be discovered.

mwrf_country egyptian he Miniature World at the Rhine Falls (Smilestones – Miniaturwelt am Rheinfall) is Switzerland’s largest indoor miniature exhibition, located in Neuhausen just above the famous Rhine Falls. The facility spans over 2,700 square feet and features two highly detailed 1:87 scale dioramas of Swiss landscapes. Mountains, castles, towns, and valleys are all populated with some 23,000 miniature figures, 12,000 trees, and numerous vehicles and model trains. More than 50 interactive buttons allow visitors to activate moving trains, lifts, and other animations, bringing the scenes to life. The facility also features a large collection of displayed model locomotives and rolling stock in larger scales. The exhibit is climate-controlled and open year-round, making it a popular attraction for all ages in the Rhine Falls region.
